Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery timelines are 5–10 business days for standard shipping across India. Expedited options may be available at checkout. We ship via reputed courier partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.). Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email/WhatsApp. Z Fashion Cult is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or government restrictions. For orders lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us at zfashioncult@gmail.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the delay/loss is attributable to us.
