Refund Process

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval/rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
