7-Day Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  1. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  2. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and certificates (if any).

  3. Customised or personalised jewellery (e.g., engraved pieces) are not eligible for return/refund unless damaged or defective.

  4. Sale, discounted, or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

  • Custom-made or personalised jewellery.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

Refund Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact us at zfashioncult@gmail.com with your order details.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval/rejection.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
